1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of products and services from **Grasslands Peak Performance Centre** ("Grasslands", "we", "us", "our"), trading from 17 Bolton Road, Unit 6B, Voorbaai, Mossel Bay, South Africa. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and services
- **The Golf Performance Blueprint (e-book):** a digital product delivered electronically. After successful payment, your download is delivered via our digital-delivery provider (**SendOwl**), normally by email and/or an on-screen download link.
- **Custom & master club fitting:** in-studio and online fitting. Where you complete our online questionnaire, our fitter will review your details and provide recommendations. Fitting outcomes depend on the information you provide and individual factors.
- **Accommodation:** accommodation in Benoni, Rynfield is offered by enquiry. Availability, rates, deposits and house rules are confirmed at the time of application and are subject to a separate rental arrangement. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and will be confirmed on the date of application.

3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one displayed at the time of your order.
- Payments are processed securely through **Payfast**. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where an item is incorrectly priced or unavailable; in such cases any payment taken will be refunded.

4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and/or make the product available to you (for digital products, when the download is made available).

5. Digital products and delivery
- The e-book is licensed to you for your **personal, non-commercial use**. You may not copy, share, resell, sub-license or distribute it.
- You are responsible for having a compatible device and software to access the download.
- If you do not receive your download, contact us and we will assist in re-issuing access.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations
- **Digital products:** Because the e-book is supplied electronically and is accessible immediately, the cooling-off right under section 44 of ECTA does **not** apply once the download has been accessed or commenced. Digital purchases are therefore non-refundable once delivered, except where the product is faulty or as otherwise required by law.
- **Services and accommodation:** cancellation, deposit and refund terms are as agreed in the relevant booking or service arrangement.
- Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this site and within the e-book — including text, images, the "Golf Performance Blueprint" system, logos and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Grasslands Peak Performance Centre and is protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimers
Our golf instruction, fitting recommendations and related content are provided for general guidance. Results vary between individuals and we do not guarantee specific performance or scoring outcomes. The website and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grasslands Peak Performance Centre will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, products or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites or services (such as social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
