- Personal consultation with Charles Rich: Charles discusses the winner's game, swing, ball flight, preferences and current equipment.
- Additional assessment where required: this may include a simulator assessment, a driving-range visit, more swing or ball-flight information, or details of current clubs.
- Shaft selection: Charles recommends the most suitable shaft specifications based on the fitting information.
- Custom build: once specifications are confirmed, the set is custom built and professionally assembled by Grasslands.
- Final quality check: the completed set undergoes a final inspection, with reports given to the winner.
- Delivery: within South Africa the set is couriered free of charge. International winners are responsible for all shipping, customs, duties, taxes and related costs.
Prize conditions: the prize is one new custom-built Maltby TS4 Forged Irons Set. - Each qualifying purchase constitutes one entry into the lucky draw.
- The closing date for entries is 28 February 2027. Purchases made before September 2026 or after the closing date do not qualify.
- One winner is selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
